Our PCR Enhancer Cocktails (PECs) are specifically designed for use with our OmniTaq and Omni Klentaq enzymes. We strongly recommend pairing the Omni enzymes with one of our PECs. We have successfully tested our PECs with some commercially available enzymes, but please note they do NOT perform well with AmpliTaq Gold.
