RockStart PCR Buffer System

 
With our RockStart PCR Buffer System, you can add a hot start capability to the enzyme of your choice. The buffer precipitates magnesium to prevent primer-dimers and non-specific products. Upon normal cycling, the magnesium is freed. No initial soak at 95 degrees is necessary, and all DNA polymerases tested are effective. Includes buffer and Magnesium for 400 X 25 ul reactions
