10x Klentaq1 Reaction Buffer pH 7.9

Each tube of 1.5 ml of 10x Klentaq1 Reaction Buffer pH 7.9 is enough for 600 25ul PCR reactions. 10x buffer composition is 500 mM Tris-Cl, 160 mM ammonium sulfate, 0.5% Brij 58, and 35 mM magnesium chloride. Standard buffer pH 9.2 is also available (slightly lower fidelity, but may provide better yields).  

Klentaq1 Reaction Buffer is designed specifically for Klentaq1. It is distinct from the Klentaq Mutant Reaction Buffer that is designed for Cesium Klentaq, Omni Klentaq, and other Klentaq mutants.
