Technology Lab Space

The handsome, two-story brick building was built in 1926. Several second-story windows have a view of the Gateway Arch. The total square footage is 8,000.

There are 400-500 square feet, in three rooms on the second floor, available for rent.

Shared equipment available includes a purified water system, two autoclaves, a Sorval centrifuge, a gel documentation system, a BioRad scanner, ice machine, and more.

Location: 1.5 blocks south of St. Louis University Medical School

To reach the parking lot in the back of our building:
From either I-64 (Hwy 40) or I-44, use Grand Blvd. exit. Take Grand Blvd to Park Avenue (third stop light on Grand if going south from I-64, Hwy 40; second stoplight on Grand if going north from I-44). Turn east on Park Avenue (a left if coming from I-64/40 or a right if coming from I-44) and go 200 feet to turn right on Carr Lane, going south. Our driveway is the first right, by the railroad tie retainer wall.
