OmniTaq 2 DNA polymerase is a mutant of Taq polymerase that provides strand-displacement and reverse transcriptase activity.  It can be used as the sole enzyme in RT-PCR and RT-LAMP assays. In addition, this enzyme provides 2-3x faster PCR and inhibition-resistance.  

Orders ship with 3mL of 10x Taq Mutant Reaction Buffer.  10x RT-LAMP Reaction Buffer may be requested as a replacement for the 10x Taq Mutant Reaction Buffer.
