With RockStart Hot-Start PCR buffer system, you can use the enzyme of your choice. The buffer precipitates magnesium to prevent primer-dimers and non-specific products. Upon normal cycling, the magnesium is freed. No initial soak at 95℉ is necessary, and all DNA polymerases tested are effective. Includes RockStart buffer, control buffer, and Magnesium Chloride for 100 50ul reactions.
Please note, DNA polymerase enzyme is not included. Be sure to order the enzyme of your choice separately, or use your own.
